What does a live-in nanny need?
At minimum, a private bedroom and agreed working hours and days off. Many families also provide a private or shared bathroom and access to the kitchen and living areas.
Will a live-in nanny babysit in the evenings?
Only if it’s agreed as part of the role. Evening cover is usually set out separately from the main working hours.
