Information we collect
Families
When you make an enquiry we collect the answers you give about the childcare you need (type of care, postcode, start date, number and age ranges of children, schedule and priorities) and your name, phone number and email address. We do not ask for your children’s names or dates of birth at this stage.
Nannies
When you join our nanny network we collect your name, postcode, phone number, email address, experience, preferred positions, availability, live-in or live-out preference, driving status, DBS status and your confirmation of the right to work in the UK. This is self-declared information.
Everyone
We record how you reached our website (for example the advert or search engine and campaign codes such as UTM parameters and click identifiers), the page you enquired from, the time of your enquiry, the wording of any consent you gave, and technical information such as your browser type.
